When the matter was called on 17-09-2016 and 23-09-2016 earlier there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
