HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7301 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ A1 and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to respondent No.2 and perused the grounds urged impugning the order dated 02.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2017 in Crl.M.P.No.922 of 2017 in Crime No.59 of 2017 passed by the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The said Crl.M.P. was filed to relax the conditions imposed in granting anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.03.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.922 of 2017. It is one of the conditions of not to leave the country without permission of the Court, which is sought modification and was ended in dismissal. In fact, if at all the petitioner wants to travel, as per Section 6-A of the Indian Passport Act vis-à-vis Circular of the Central Government in G.S.R.570 E, dated 25.08.1993 including for transit permission, a petition is required to file vide order of this Court in Crl.R.C.No.3186 of 2016 dated 08.02.2017. Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file such an application and while according

permission to relax the condition for the said purpose with necessary conditions including as to execution of bond, furnishing of security for future due appearance and how to represent the Court during investigation or post investigation in the event of final report taken cognizance to face enquiry for charges and trial if any, if not filed any application and permitted to represent through special vakalat holder under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
