The Writ Petition is filed questioning the show cause notice dated 6.2.2012 issued by third respondent in his proceedings Rc.No. 376/HCPO/GPB/2010 dated 4.2.2011 intimating why permission in Rc No. 376 HCP/ GPB/2010 granted by the Sarpanch, Grampanchayat, Bhimaram, should not be cancelled, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for R3 and also learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj are present and they would submit that according to the petitioner she submitted an explanation to the show cause notice dated 6.2.2012 on 11.2.2012 and therefore, if directed, they would pass an order on merits considering her explanation. 3.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the nature of the Writ Petition and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already submitted her explanation on 11.2.2012 to the show cause notice issued by the third respondent, the respondents are directed to consider her explanation and pass appropriate orders within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to emphasize that the petitioner is at liberty to take legal

UDPR, J WP.NO. 7041 OF 2012 recourse depending upon the nature of the order passed by the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
