THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20455 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner for appearing of 1st year MBBS Final Semester theory examination and also practical examinations.

3. This Court, by order dated 21.07.2014, passed the following order:

The case of the petitioner is that she was granted admission into 1st year MBBS course by virtue of interim order granted by this Court on 25.09.2013 and she has attended entire classes regularly. But the respondent No.2 and 3 refused to issue hall ticket to her for writing examinations on the ground that the writ petition No.27947 of 2013 is pending. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Since petitioner is admitted into MBBS course by virtue of interim order dated 25.09.2013 granted by this Court in W.P.No.27947 of 2013 and as it is stated that she has attended all the classes and secured requisite attendance, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to write 1st year MBBS examinations provided that she is having requisite attendance and fulfill all other conditions but the results shall not be declared."

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the University that pursuant to the above interim order, the petitioner attended the examination, but results are not announced and they would announce the results also.

In view of the above interim order and in view of the statement of the learned Standing Counsel, nothing survives in the

present Writ Petition and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
