ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not sanctioning the pension benefits of the petitioner viz., GPP, APGLI Group Insurance, Commutation of Pension and Monthly pension as arbitrary and illegal.

While working as Junior Assistant in the office of the 3rd respondent-Joint Director, Agriculture, Kadapa, Kadapa District, the petitioner was retired on 30.09.2014 on medical grounds.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the matter needs to be filed before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. The present writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
