The case of the petitioner that she filed appeal on 01-08-2015 under Section 5-B of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent against issuance of 13-B certificate in favour of 4th respondent vide File No.G/5228/2005 in respect of land bearing Sy.No.726 admeasuring Ac.0-30 guntas situated at Nawabpet Village, H/o.Hathnoora Mandal, Medak District. As the appeal is not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and after considering his objections, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order.
