ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in taking action against the petitioner's representation, dated 31.08.2015, for proceeding against respondent No.3 as illegal and arbitrary.

Respondent No.2 has filed a counter affidavit, wherein he has inter alia averred that based on the preliminary report submitted by the Divisional Panchayat Officer on 28.11.2015, the District Panchayat Officer, Nalgonda has issued orders vide proceedings bearing No.4721/2015-B1(Pts.), dated 28.11.2015, restricting the cheque drawing power of respondent No.3 by stipulating the condition of counter signature of the Extension Officer, (PR&RD), Mellachervu. It is further averred that immediately after receiving a detailed report from the Divisional Panchayat Officer, Miryalguda necessary action will be taken against respondent No.3. Sri K.Laxmaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that having regard to the above-mentioned averments of respondent No.2 in his counter affidavit, the writ petition may be closed with the direction to the said respondent to take expeditious action.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action immediately after receipt of report from the Divisional Panchayat Officer on the allegations levelled against respondent No.3. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.49777 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
