When this matter was listed on 04.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court directed to list the matter under the caption "for Dismissal".

Today i.e., 25.11.2022, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' none appeared for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the appeal for default/ non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
