HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.6 OF 2016 ORDER:

The applicant/transferee company through the instant application prays for dispensing with the convening of meeting of share holders and convening the meeting of unsecured creditors of transferee company. On 06.01.2016, while accepting the prayer for dispensing with the convening of meeting of share holders, this Court directed the applicant to hold the meeting of unsecured creditors at 12.00 noon on 19.02.2016 under the chairmanship of court appointed commissioner. It is stated that the meeting was convened and the Advocate/Commissioner has filed report dated 29.02.2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant draws the attention of the Court to the resolution of all the unsecured creditors taken in the meeting convened on 19.02.2016.
