Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.27 of Alarudinne Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District. The authorization of the petitioner was renewed up to 31.03.2015. While so, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 25.04.2015 alleging certain irregularities in distribution of essential commodities. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 30.04.2015. But the authorization of the petitioner was cancelled by proceedings dated 11.05.2015 by the 3rd respondent. Against the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 30.05.2015 along with an application for stay of the proceedings dated 11.05.2015. When the 2nd respondent is not taking up the stay application, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application filed in the appeal dated 30.05.2015 against the order of the 3rd respondent dated 11.05.2015 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J)
