AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.3132 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that Ms. N. Hanusha is illegally detained by respondent No.5. He claims that he has married Ms. Hanusha on 19.11.2015.

Ms. N. Hanusha is present in the Court. We interacted with her. She is pursuing her B.Tech. final year. She was born on 10.7.1994. We do not find her under any pressure. She categorically stated that she would not like to go with the petitioner and she would continue to live with her parents and pursue her education.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
