HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13679 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard Smt.T.Rajani holding for Mr.Ch.B.R.P.Sekhar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of application dated 11.11.2016 filed the present writ petition.
The Assistant Government Pleader in spite of efforts could not get instructions on the stage of consideration of application dated 11.11.2016 but seeks further time.
This Court is of the view that instead of granting further time, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit application dated 11.11.2016, by enclosing a copy of this order, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
