THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26727 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.Sreenivasa Sarma for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. After arguing the writ for sometime, by referring to the documents namely, pattadar passbook, entries in Adangal and after taking note of stand taken in the counter-affidavit, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty of the Court to permit the petitioners to work out their remedies before Revenue Divisional Officer/Collector as the case may be.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
