THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Contempt Case No.918 of 2015 ORDER:
This contempt case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act is filed by the petitioner/respondent in SAMP.No.1616 of 2014 in S.A.No.338 of 2013 requesting to punish the respondents/petitioners 3 and 4 in the said miscellaneous petition for their gross disobedience of the undertaking given by them before this Court in S.A.No.338 of 2013.. The contemnors/respondents are present.
While tendering unconditional apology orally for not promptly complying with the orders of this Court, they had stated that they had vacated the subject property and handed over keys of the property to the petitioner who is present in the Court. The petitioner also had admitted that he received vacant possession of the property and that the respondents herein have vacated the property and delivered key of the property to him.
In view of the facts and circumstances and the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents 1 and 2 before this Court, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary and nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
