HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20504 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the First Information Report, in pursuance to the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.187/2018 was registered for the offences under Section 354, 506 read with 34 IPC of Alipiri P.S. and that the case is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
