Counsel for petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the orders dated 25.10.2019, by which, another person was appointed as an Anganwadi worker. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.10.2019, appointing Anganwadi worker.
