THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11603 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition, the petitioners seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.47 of 2013 on the file of Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad.

Today, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced a copy of letter dated 19.02.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chatrinaka Police Station stating that the investigation in the crime is completed and a charge sheet has already been filed and numbered as C.C.No.334 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

The letter dated 19.02.2018 is placed on record and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
