In this writ petition the petitioner sought for payment of Rs.53,562/- along with interest in terms of the award passed by the Labour Court, Hyderabad.

2) When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of Rs.36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousands only) was paid to the petitioner and he is entitled to that amount only in terms of the award as modified by this Court and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
