HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5595 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri M.V. Raja Raam, learned counsel for the Petitioners filed a letter dated 27.02.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating as follows:

"In the aforesaid Writ Petition on advice the Petitioners are made to understand that the orders of Hon'ble High Court are not complied in W.P.No.28261 of 2015, Dt.03.09.2015 except issuing Proceedings dt.04.04.2016 by keeping pending to consider the case of the Petitioners.

Therefore, it is prayed, this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the above Writ Petition with a liberty to file contempt procedure in the interest of justice."

This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty as sought for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
