This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.285 of 2011 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 66(A) of Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008 and under Sections 500 and 507 IPC, against the petitioner/accused. 2.
Learned Public Prosecutor for the second respondent, on instructions, reports that the case has been referred as 'Action Dropped'. He also filed a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, CCS DD, Police Station, Hyderabad City, to him, to the said effect.

In view of the above, this Court finds that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
