HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20484 of 2018 ORDER:

Complaining inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in considering and disposing of application dated 12.05.2017 filed by petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit application dated 12.05.2017 before respondents and by enclosing a copy of this order within ten days from today.

(b) On such re-submission, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the application dated 12.05.2017, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks thereafter.
