Today, yet again, the same situation continues and there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when the matter is called.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 22.12.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
