Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in registering the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30-11-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.287 of 2018 was registered by the police on 29-06-2018, basing on the complaint of the petitioner.
