This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 12.10.2012 passed in M.C.No.37 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court - cum - VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy. The petitioner and the first respondent are present. Sri S.Sudarshan learned counsel identified the petitioner. Sri Muralidhar representing Sri Raj Kumar Rudra, learned counsel identified the first respondent in the open Court.

The first respondent in the open Court submitted that at the advice of elders they settled the matter outside the Court and requested the Court to record the compromise and set aside the order dated 12.10.2012 passed in M.C.No.37 of 2011 by the trial Court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by both parties, Crl.R.C.M.P.(SR)No.44267 of 2016 is ordered and the Criminal Revision Case is allowed, setting aside the order dated 12.10.2012 passed in M.C.No.37 of 2011 by the trial Court. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
