HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1414 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.23965 of 2017, dated 11-08-2017.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent produced order dated 18-12-2019 issued by District Collector, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to canvass the correctness of the said order. But the same cannot be entertained. The correctness or otherwise of the order cannot be gone into in the contempt case.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18-12-2019 stated supra in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
