THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6850 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2950 of 2019 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Prashanth Nagar, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of petitioner Nos.1,3 and 4/A1, A3 and A4 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court and petitioner No.2/A2 shall appear before the Court regularly.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the appearance of petitioner Nos.1,3 and 4/A1, A3 and A4 in C.C.No.2950 of 2019 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Prashanth Nagar, Cyberabad, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel, and petitioner No.2/A2 shall appear before the Court on each and every date of adjournment.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
