THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.31982 and 32023 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioner in W.P.No.31982 of 2015 is a permanent fair price shop dealer of shop No.5 of Mailavaram Village and Mandal in Krishna District and the petitioner in W.P.No.32023 of 2015 is a permanent fair price shop dealer of Kolluru Village, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District. The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.31982 of 2015 is that a show cause notice was issued to her 29.12.2003 and the petitioner submitted her explanation. Thereafter, authorisation of the petitioner was cancelled on 27.10.2004. The petitioner preferred an appeal to the Joint Collector, who confirmed the same on 11.07.2015. The said order was also confirmed in appeal by the District Collector. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.

1003 of 2010 and the said Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court on 26.06.2014 directing the second respondent therein to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said order. When the Joint Collector did not pass any orders, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.32023 of 2015 is that the Sub-Collector, Krishna, cancelled the authorisation of the petitioner on 21.09.2007.

31.08.2008. The said order was also confirmed in revision by the District Collector. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.4036 of 2009 and the said Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court on 18.12.2014 directing the first respondent therein to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said order. When the District Collector did not pass any orders, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the copy of the order was supplied in the months of July 2014 and 2015 respectively itself and till today the second respondent in both the Writ Petitions have not passed any orders pursuant to the directions of this Court. In the circumstances, the second respondent in the Writ Petitions is directed to take up the appeals of the petitioners, which were remanded pursuant to the orders of this Court, and pass final orders thereon after giving due opportunity to the petitioners, within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 08.10.2015 vs
