HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 1571 OF 2013 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the official respondents in not restraining the Respondent No.6 from conducting quarrying operations beyond the area leased out to him, more particularly conducting quarrying operations for extracting sand in R.S.No.1/1, 1/2 and 2 of Prakkilanka Village of Tallapudi Mandal.

When the matter came up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that in view of new sand policy of 2016, the matter has become infructuous.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. However, both the petitioner and unofficial Respondent can work out their remedies, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
