Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, passed an award on 26.11.2014. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award. The award of the Lok Adalat dated 26.11.2014 shall form part of the judgment.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
