THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.729 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 25.11.2016 in I.A. No.26 of 2016 in O.S. No.631 of 2010 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Rent Controller-cum-16th Junior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition if so advised. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
