HCJ&AAR,J W.P.No.23600 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Abhishek Reddy) The petitioner, Ms. Nama Pushpalatha, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition, inter alia, on the ground that her daughter, Kalva @ Nama Renuka Priyadarshini, is being illegally detained by the respondent No.5.

On 31.10.2019, this Court had directed the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce the detenue before this Court today. In compliance of the said order, the detenue is produced before this Court today. The detenue has stated, she has married the respondent No.5 out of her own free will. She is presently staying with him only and she was brought by the police from the house of the respondent No.5. She has further stated that after her marriage with the respondent No.5, some differences have arisen between them and subsequently, they have patched up, and in the interregnum, some complaints and divorce petition was filed by her. But, as of now, she is leading a happy marital life with her husband, i.e respondent No.5, and she wishes to continue her marital life with the respondent No.5.

In view of the statement made by the alleged detenue, this Court does not find any merit in the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition; it is, hereby, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
