HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20540 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner alleges that the respondent-police are calling her to the police station on the pretext of investigation and threatening her to settle the disputes with respondents 6 to 8. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein, it is stated that except a case under Section 174 Cr.P.C. registered on the complaint of the 6th respondent, who is the father-in-law of the complaint, no other case was registered against her. The petitioner is not at all required in any case registered on the file of Government Railway Police Station, Kazipet and the respondent-police at any point of time summoned the petitioner or her family members as they are not at all required.

It is further stated that if any information is required for the purpose of investigation into the above case from the petitioner or her family members, the investigating agency will act by following due procedure as contemplated under law. The respondent-police never summoned the petitioner or his family members and asked her to settle the disputes with the unofficial respondents as alleged.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
