Vide the present application, the appellant seeks to record the compromise and allow CMA No.770 of 2013 by setting aside the decree and order dated 4.3.2013 in O.P.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

The above noted appeal is filed challenging the decree and order dated 4.3.2013 in O.P.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, whereby the learned trial Court has dismissed the O.P. filed by the appellant herein. Being aggrieved, the appellant filed the present appeal. 3.

During pendency of the present appeal, the appellant and the respondent have settled their issues out of the Court and the appellant agreed to pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) as permanent alimony and whole claim future and past. 4.

The respondent, who is personally present in the Court with her Counsel, has not disputed the said compromise. For her identification, she has produced an Aadhar Card bearing No.8967

5056 5322. She states that she has no objection if the present appeal is allowed.

An amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) vide two D.Ds. bearing Nos.472344 and 437138 drawn on State Bank of India and Andhra bank for Rs.5,00,000/- each, is handed over to the respondent, who accepted without any objection. 6.

Thus, the compromise is recorded and I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed.

In the circumstances recorded above, we hereby set aside the decree and order dated 4.3.2013 in O.P.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. Consequently, the marriage between the appellant and the respondent solemnized on 26.3.2004 is hereby dissolved.
