ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to pursue the proceedings in O.S.No.93 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Warangal including I.A.No.2301 of 2014 said to have been filed by him in the said suit.

Granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 23.12.2014 passed by this Court shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
