This petition is filed by the petitioner/ de facto complainant seeking for recording of the compromise between the petitioner and respondents 2 to 5 herein.

Joint Compromise Memo signed by the accused and the de facto complainant is also filed along with this petition.

The said Compromise Memo is taken on record. The de facto complainant and the accused are also present in the Court today and admitted that they have entered into compromise. 3.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

CRL.P.No.8 3 7 2 of 2 0 1 1 :

This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are accused 1 to 4 in S.T.C.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri. The offences alleged are under Sections 323 and 506 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners; the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent; and the counsel for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the Joint Compromise Memo filed in Crl.P.M.P.No.13935 of 2017 and in view of the fact that the

provisions enunciated for the above offences, being compoundable, any further proceedings would result in abuse of process of law and wastage of time of the courts. 7.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.T.C.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
