This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in fixing the rate of admission for the petitionertheater as per application dated 13-11-2017. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue is squarely covered by order dated 31-10-2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order dated 13-04-2017 in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to append a copy of aforesaid order WP.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and order dated 13-04-2017 in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
