Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in taking appropriate action for providing approach road to the lands of the petitioners by evicting respondent No.5 from the Government land situated in Survey Nos.1561 and 1560/ 3 of Dumpalagattu Village, Khazipet Mandal, Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 23.09.2016 made by the petitioners seeking necessary action for evicting respondent No.5 from the land in dispute.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the Tahsildar may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-respondent No.1 to consider

the representation dated 23.09.2016 made by the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible. It is needless to mention that the Tahsildar shall hear the petitioners and fifth respondent before passing orders on the above said representation.
