THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 23605 OF 2019 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of the complaint dated 25.09.2019 made by him against the 6th respondent.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition being limited, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, it would be appropriate if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner within a time-frame. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - District Collector to consider and pass appropriate orders on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.09.2019 within eight weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
