This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondents 4 and 5 for illegal excavation of the earth in petitioner's land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.197/2018 was registered for the offences under Section 447, 427, 379, 506, read with 34 IPC, on 18.06.2018 against the 4th respondent and others on the file of T.P.Gudur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
