When the matter was taken up for hearing on L9.12.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it was directed to be listed under the caption'For Dismissal'. Even today, neither the petitioner appears nor there is any representation on his behalf. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
