Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and in possession of lands to an extent of Ac.1.31 guntas in Survey No.160/A, Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.161/A and Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.162/A/A of Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He alleges that his name was mutated in the revenue records and was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds vide patta No.177 and the same is also reflected in ROR 1-B. He was also issued new pattadar passbook and title deeds. However, in the new pattadar passbook, the land to an extent of Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.162/A/A of Koheda Village is not shown and the same is also not reflected in online records. Surprised by this, petitioner made representation on 21.03.2018 addressed to the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 4th respondent, and another representation on 18.06.2019.

The representation dated 18.06.2019 was acknowledged on 18.07.2019. Alleging inaction and on account of delay in considering the representations, this Writ Petition is filed.

Representations dated 21.03.2018 and 18.06.2019 are filed as Exs.P2 and P1, respectively, in the Writ Petition paper book.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner with reference to not including of land to an extent of Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.162/A/A of Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the pattadar passbook recently issued to him and in the online records and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
