Mohd Naseeruddin Adnain , Md. Adnain v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6860 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by petitioner/A1, seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Cr.No.729 of 2018 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 328, 188 IPC and under Section 4 and 20(2) of COTP Act, 2003.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.
3.
During hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the earlier two applications filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail were dismissed by this Court, this petition is not maintainable.
4.
In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the earlier bail applications for anticipatory bail filed by petitioner/A1 were dismissed by this Court on merits and since there is no new ground urged by the petitioner in the present application, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him and his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 6.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
