This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the liberty of the petitioners by calling them to police station at the instance of respondents 4 to 7 and directing them to settle the disputes with them. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is denied the 2nd respondent's interference in civil disputes, liberty of the petitioners by calling them to police station and directing them to settle the disputes with respondents 4 to 7. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent did not interfere with the civil dispute or life and liberty of the petitioners at any point of time as alleged by the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it goes without saying that the police shall not interfere with the civil disputes.
