HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.273 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 03.12.2011 in I.A.No.586 of 2011 in O.S.No.6 of 1995 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon.

As per office note, the suit O.S.No.6 of 1995 itself was disposed of on 15.02.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
