HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.M.S.A.No.9 of 2015 JUDGMENT :

At the request of both the counsel, the matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre. In pursuance thereof, the mediation proceedings were held at Vijayawada in the presence of both the parties and their counsel, wherein the mediators vide their proceedings dated 04.10.2015, recorded that the respondent has paid the enhanced tax of Rs.8,532/- till date and further he agreed to pay the 2nd half yearly assessment on demand without any objection.

2. Accordingly, in terms of the mediators report, the appeal is disposed of.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
