THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3013 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the writ petition, the respondents have deposited the compensation amount as per the judgment, dated 18.12.2013, passed by this Court in A.S.No.2667 of 2001. Therefore, he prays for closing the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial Court seeking withdrawal of the deposited amount.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
