THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1582 OF 2016 ORDER:

Even though the Contempt Case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

W.P.No.16176 of 2016 was disposed of on 19.05.2016 directing the District Collector, Chittoor District, to pass orders on the application dated 04.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner - Trust, after duly considering the objections of the 6th respondent, if any filed.

Along with the counter affidavit, the orders of the District Collector dated 11.10.2016 are enclosed, which would disclose that a decision as directed by this Court was taken. 4.

Since order is already passed, there is compliance of the directions issued by this Court and therefore this Court is not inclined to initiate proceedings of contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
