THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.8503 OF 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail to the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.859 of 2023 on the file of PS Uppal, Rachakonda registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370-(A) (2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3,4 and 5 of Protection of Immoral Trafficking Act. 2.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the Uppal Police raided house premises st Ramanthapur. When the police entered the said premises, they found that the petitioner and others in the said premises. The house was searched and in two bedrooms they found two women in separate bedrooms. The police confirmed that there was prostitution activity in the said premises. Having conducted
panchanama, seizures were affected and the petitioner was sent to judicial custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no prostitution as claimed by the police and the petitioner was falsely implicated. Further there are no other criminal cases pending against the petitioner. 4.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that nine witnesses have been examined and there are no criminal antecedents of the petitioner. 5.
Keeping in view that the punishment for offence alleged against the petitioner is punishable upto 7 years, this Court deems it appropriate to grant regular bail, subject to the following conditions:
i) ) The petitioner/A1 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medchal, Malkajgiri District at Malkajgiri. ii) The petitioner/A1, after release, shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer every Monday and Wednesday between 10.30 AM and
01.00 PM., for a period of eight weeks or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation.
iii) The petitioner/A1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 7.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
