Mr.M.Karuna Sagar, counsel for petitioner does not press writ prayer and seeks liberty to send reminder demanding compliance of the request made through application dated 11.12.2017 and inaction if, still continues, seeks liberty to approach the Court.

The request of petitioner is accepted and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
