Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Government Pleader for Home and Sri Mohd. Islamuddin, learned counsel appearing for ATC Telecom Infrastructures Limited. There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondent on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representation dated 27.05.2016 made by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary; and consequently to direct the official respondents to dispose of the representation dated 27.05.2016 at the earliest. It is the case of the petitioner that on 27.05.
2016 he made a representation to the respondents, when the 5th respondent was contemplating to erect a tower on the house of the 6th respondent, but no action is taken. However, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 27.05.2016 at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 27.05.
a copy of the order, if the said representation is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
